Release 0.1.127

Repave now has an admin portal, where an administrator manages users, organization-wide API keys, email and the license. You can add test data to a running implementation or Target Stack preview, the To-Be suggests scenarios it may have missed, and agents interrupted by a busy provider pick up where they stopped instead of starting over.

Upgrade notes​

  • Nine database migrations, applied automatically on upgrade. They add tables, columns and settings; the only existing data rewritten is how an old "could not start" prototype failure is labelled.
  • Your earliest account becomes the administrator. It can make other users administrators from the Admin portal.
  • .env and docker-compose.yml: nothing to edit.
  • New projects use Claude Sonnet 5.5 for the Pro tier. Existing projects keep the model they have.
  • Maven and Gradle builds now keep a shared, read-only dependency store per project under the data directory, in data/maven-tier/ and data/gradle-tier/. Include the data directory in your backups as before; nothing needs configuring.

New​

Admin portal. Open the account menu and choose Admin portal to manage API keys, Email, Users and the License. Keys set there are used by every project that has no key of its own, and Project Settings says when a field is using the organization key. Administrators can disable accounts, which signs those people out within a minute.

Email. With SMTP set up in the Admin portal, people can use Forgot password on the sign-in page, an administrator can send a password reset from Users, and project invitations arrive by email. Without email, the Team page still gives you the invitation link to send yourself — and that link now opens instead of showing a "not found" page.

Add test data to a running preview. The Env menu on a feature's Implementation view and on the Target Stack preview has Add test data…. Describe the data you want; an agent writes it into the preview's database and saves it with the code, so every later start has it too. The app reloads when it is done.

Suggested scenarios. After it writes the To-Be, the agent suggests scenarios it thinks are missing. Review them from Suggested Scenarios in the To-Be view and add the ones you want.

Skip a repeated test run after merging. A new setting under Direct in Settings → Integrations → Merge mode skips the full test run after a merge when the merged code is exactly what was already tested before it. It is off by default.

Improvements​

Interrupted agents resume. When the AI provider is overloaded or rate-limits a request after an agent has already done some work, the retry continues that agent's session rather than starting it over. Retry preflight does the same.

Faster preview starts. Restarting a preview whose packages are already restored no longer downloads them all again. Maven and Gradle builds in a project reuse the dependencies earlier builds downloaded.

Implementation follows the prototype more closely. The implementation agent can read the whole live prototype, not just the files the feature changed, so it reuses the prototype's layout and shared components.

Show Errors now sits in the prototype panel's tab row, to the right of Remove prototype.

Clearer reasons in Repave IDE. When a feature's workspace cannot be opened, the chooser says why. Resetting a feature stops its preview and IDE session first, or tells you why it could not.

Fixes​

Prototype generation, removal and sync failed with "Read-only file system" on their first edit. Fixed.

Merged features did not reach the Target Stack preview in pull-request merge mode, and a sync that left merge conflicts could still be recorded as complete. Merged features now arrive, and a sync with unresolved conflicts fails instead.

A prototype change that never started was shown as a build failure, and the message stayed on the feature for days. It now says nothing was changed, and clears as soon as the project's prototype environment works again.

Implementations with Scenario Outlines retried forever, because every outline row was reported as missing from the test results. Fixed.

Reopening a merged feature could fail when the earlier merge had left an incomplete folder behind. The feature now gets a fresh working copy.

Opening prototype/main in Repave IDE failed with "Duplicate mount point". Fixed. A failed session start also no longer writes environment values into the logs or the status message.
