A fix for builds that failed and lost their work while an implementation preview was already running, and a quieter Implementation pane.

Upgrade notes​

• No database migrations.
• .env and docker-compose.yml: nothing to edit.

Improvements​

The Implementation pane repeats less. The preview toolbar no longer shows a Stopped, Starting, Running or Failed badge; the pane itself already shows each state, and the toolbar now holds only its actions. A target-stack prototype no longer shows a line about what it was built from or a notice that it was built without the application shell.

Fixes​

An implementation build failed, losing the agent's work, when the feature's preview was already running. Its build check could not reach the running preview and timed out. Removing the preview used to be the only way through; builds now reach a preview whether or not they started it.
